The minimum age for check-in is 21 

Cancellation Policy:

Our cancellation policy is as follows: 

          We charge all guests 14 days prior to arrival. The fee for cancelling a reservation with less than 14 days prior to arrival is the full amount of the stay.

          Cancellations more than 14 days prior to the reservation date have not been charged by Sand Dollar Motel and as such, there will not be any cancellation fees. 

Pet/Smoking Policy
All pets are prohibited on property (a fine of $250.00 will be applied to the bill if an animal is discovered). 
Smoking is also prohibited in the rooms. A $250 fee will be applied if you choose to smoke in your room.

Check in Time:
Check-in Time: Check-in time is any time after 4 PM. An early check in MAY be available for an additional fees. Please call ahead to find out if we can accommodate your early check in request. The hotel reserves all rights to refuse service to any guests of the hotel who do not follow or comply with hotel policies.

Check out Time:
Check-out is at 11 AM. If you require a later check-out, please let us know in advance. There is a late check out fee to extend your check out until 2:00pm.

Parking:
We have limited parking, only one vehicle permitted per room.  We are not responsible for towing or damages to your vehicle if you park on the street.  We don’t have boat parking on the property.
